I got this pale peach ginger years ago at a nursery in New Orleans and do not
know the variety's name. The fragrance is nicer than the best French perfume.

I have got my first Ginger in flower...fabulous aren't they!
Some years ago I got a very little ginger as a gift from a friend. The plant grew bigger, had a wonderful perfume and beautiful, almost yellow blooms. But then, unfortunately, we had a very cold winter and my hedychium didn't survive. It was a pity, but perhaps I'll find another one, sometimes. Greetings from Switzerland.
