Tradescantia Pallida "Variegata"...Variegated Purple Heart

After searching high and low for years, I finally found this rare plant for sale at a wonderful nursery in Oklahoma. Now it joins my other Purple Heart clumps and puts them to shame with its interesting and lovely variegated leaves. Notice the contrast with the common solid Purple Heart it is nestled in. I'm in LOVE!

Oh my! I've never heard of Variegated Purple Heart. I have gobs of the solid purple kind but now I'll be on the lookout for this. Beautiful!

Greenjeans, I'm glad you liked this variegated Purple Heart too.
I have a weakness for variegated plants of any kind and am always on the look out to add to my collection. They don't seem to be as vigorous as their solid-leaved parents or cousins though.
